Because our services involve digital products, custom engineering, and dedicated labour allocation, refunds are governed strictly by the service-specific windows and terms outlined below.

Service-Specific Refund Windows
We offer limited refund windows starting from the exact date of your initial project kickoff, contract signing, or software activation (whichever occurs first):
A. SEO & AIO (Search Engine & AI Optimisation)
Refund Window: 6 Calendar Days
You may request a refund within 6 calendar days of initiating an SEO or AIO campaign. Because these services require immediate strategic deployment, software licence allocation, and intensive initial auditing, any refund issued during this window may be subject to a deduction for work already performed or specialised data tools already deployed.
B. Web Development & All Other Services
This category covers Web Development, App Development, SaaS Subscriptions, and Custom CRM Software deployments.
Refund Window: 3 Calendar Days
You may request a refund within 3 calendar days of project kickoff or software licence activation.
Standard Conditions and Exclusions
After the respective 3-day or 6-day refund windows have passed, all fees paid to IK Technologies & Consulting LLC are strictly non-refundable.
Additionally, the following standard industry exclusions apply even within the valid refund windows:
- Approved Milestones: For custom Web or App Development projects divided into milestone phases (e.g., UI/UX design, front-end development), once a specific milestone is reviewed, approved, and signed off by the client, the funds allocated to that milestone are fully non-refundable.
- Administrative & Setup Fees: Any upfront setup fees, environment configuration costs, or third-party asset purchases (such as premium plugins, themes, domain registrations, or API keys bought on your behalf) are entirely non-refundable.
- Service Violations: No refunds will be issued if a client or platform user has breached our standard Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used our software platforms for prohibited use cases.
Subscription Cancellations (SaaS & CRM)
For our recurring Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and custom CRM platform tiers:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future billing cycles. Following a cancellation, you will retain full access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing period, at which point access will terminate.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations or unused days within a billing month.

To formally initiate a refund request within your valid eligibility window, please follow these steps:

Include Required Information
Provide your Full Name, Company Name, Invoice/Order Number, and the specific Service Name purchased.
State Your Reason
Briefly outline your reason for the request so our engineering and management teams can review your project logs.
Await Review & Processing
Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 5 to 7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
