IK Technologies & Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our services, or utilise our proprietary Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (collectively, the "Services").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our Services.

1

Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a specific consumer or device ("Personal Data").

A. Information You Provide to Us

  • Account and Profile Data: Name, email address, phone number, physical/billing address, company name, and account passwords when you register for our SaaS or CRM platforms.
  • Business & Project Data: Project briefs, source code access, API keys, database structures, business workflows, and assets provided to us during Web Development, App Development, SEO, or AIO campaigns.
  • Payment Information: Billing details, credit card numbers, or bank account information processed securely through our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store raw financial data on our servers.
  • Customer Support & Communications: Information you provide when contacting our helpdesk, submitting support tickets, or interacting with our team.

B. Information Automatically Collected

When you access our website or software platforms, we automatically collect certain technical data:

  • Log and Usage Data: IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, device identifiers, and specific pages or features of our SaaS/CRM software you interact with.
  • Telemetry and Performance Metrics: System performance logs, feature usage statistics, clickstream data, and crash reports to ensure software stability.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and tracking pixels to analyse SEO performance, remember user preferences, and secure user sessions.
2

How We Use Your Information

We process your Personal Data for the following business and contractual purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain Services: Setting up user accounts, hosting and maintaining SaaS/CRM instances, and delivering custom web and mobile applications.
  • To Execute Agency Services: Conducting search engine optimisation (SEO), Artificial Intelligence Optimisation (AIO), technical auditing, and digital strategy deployment.
  • To Process Payments: Handling subscription billings, invoicing, and contract payments.
  • To Improve and Innovate: Analysing telemetry and usage trends to optimise software UI/UX, patch bugs, and train secure internal system diagnostics.
  • Security & Fraud Prevention: Monitoring for unauthorised access, defending against cyber threats, and verifying identity credentials.
  • Communications: Sending system updates, security alerts, product newsletters (which you can opt out of at any time), and responding to enquiries.
3

Data Processing Roles: Controller vs. Processor

Depending on your relationship with IK Technologies & Consulting LLC, we act as either a Data Controller or a Data Processor:

  • As a Data Controller: We act as a Controller for data we collect directly from our website visitors, direct corporate clients, and SaaS subscription buyers (e.g., account registration, marketing data, and billing info).
  • As a Data Processor: When hosting or managing custom CRM software or SaaS tools for your business, you are the Data Controller of your customers' data. We act strictly as a Data Processor, handling that data under your instruction and according to our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
4

Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data. We only share information in the following strictly defined scenarios.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with verified vendors who perform essential infrastructure operations for us (e.g., cloud hosting platforms like AWS/DigitalOcean, payment gateways, automated email tools, and internal analytics engines).
  • Compliance with Law: We may disclose information if legally required to do so to comply with valid legal processes, government requests, or applicable global privacy laws.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale, user data may be transferred as a business asset to the acquiring entity under strict confidentiality terms.
5

Data Security and Retention

Security Measures

We implement comprehensive technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data, including:

  • End-to-end encryption using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 or higher) for data in transit.
  • Advanced Encryption Standards (AES-256) for data at rest.
  • Strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure only authorised engineers have access to core source systems.
  • Logical data separation in our multi-tenant SaaS and CRM architectures to ensure no crossover between different client databases.

Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, satisfy contractual obligations, or comply with legal, tax, or regulatory reporting requirements. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

6

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your geographical jurisdiction (including the US, EU/UK, and other global regions), you may have the following rights regarding your Personal Data:

  • Right of Access: The right to request copies of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: The right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): The right to request that we delete your data under certain legal conditions.
  • Right to Restrict or Object to Processing: The right to limit how we process your data, including opting out of direct marketing or analytics tracking.
  • Data Portability: The right to request the transfer of your data to another organisation in a structured, machine-readable format.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact our privacy compliance team using the details in Section 8 below.

7

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect shifts in our software features, operational practices, or global legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, sending an in-app alert or email notification.
